Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the founders in a high-trust, high-visibility role that combines sophisticated executive support with thoughtful personal assistance. This is an opportunity for an experienced, highly organized professional who is comfortable operating with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of independence. The role requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute details flawlessly while maintaining a warm and polished presence with senior executives, investors, entrepreneurs, advisors, family members, and household staff. The position has both business support and personal support.

- 150-200k. + B based on experience
Responsibilities:
Business Support- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars for both Co-Founders, balancing internal and external meetings, board commitments, events, and shifting priorities.
- Coordinate meetings from start to finish, including conference rooms, video conferencing, materials, agendas, and follow-up tracking as needed.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including private aviation, commercial flights, hotels, ground transportation, and comprehensive itineraries.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.
- Serve as a polished and professional first point of contact for limited partners, portfolio company CEOs, advisors, and other senior external stakeholders.
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and communications on behalf of the Co-Founders.
- Maintain accurate contact records and assist with keeping the firm's CRM current.
- Partner with the office Executive Assistant on visitor management, lunches, vendors, office logistics, and other shared firm needs.
- Provide light project and administrative support as priorities arise.
- Occasionally travel to support larger-scale firm events, including annual meetings and team gatherings.
- Manage personal calendars in coordination with spouses, families, and household staff.
- Partner directly with spouses on family scheduling, planning, logistics, and ad hoc projects.
- Coordinate logistics across multiple residences, including vendors, deliveries, appointments, and household-related projects.
- Occasionally assist with children's school logistics, activities, appointments, and related family scheduling.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve logistical issues before they become problems.
- Significant experience supporting senior executives, founders, principals, or high-net-worth individuals in a demanding environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential business and personal information.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs rather than simply respond to requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Strong travel, calendar, scheduling, and logistical capabilities.
- Comfort managing both professional and personal responsibilities with equal professionalism.
- Resourcefulness and a willingness to figure things out independently.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with executives, spouses, family members, household staff, colleagues, vendors, and external partners.
- A calm, flexible demeanor and the ability to operate effectively when plans change quickly.
- Strong proficiency with standard office and productivity tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
