Deployment Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Deployment Duration: Approximately 10 months

Employment: India-based hiring with onsite Middle East deployment

Role Overview

We are looking for an Insurance Internal Audit professional to support an onsite engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The resource will be hired in India and should be willing to relocate/deploy to Riyadh for approximately 10 months.

The role will involve execution of internal audit assignments, control testing, identification of risks and control gaps, audit documentation and interaction with business stakeholders. Existing internal requirements also indicate that Insurance Audit resources are expected to work across business functions and support risk assessment and audit planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit assignments across business functions within the Insurance domain .
• Understand business processes, associated risks and existing controls.
• Perform control testing , including design and operating effectiveness assessments.
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies and areas of risk exposure.
• Document audit observations, including root-cause analysis and practical recommendations.
• Assist in preparation of audit reports and management presentations.
• Review compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to monitor and track closure of audit findings.
• Support risk assessment and internal audit planning activities.
• Work in a client-facing environment and independently drive assigned audit activities. Your previous Insurance Internal Audit interviews also position the work as predominantly client-facing, covering insurance engagements and potentially broader compliance reviews/SOP-related assignments.
