About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex semiconductor/So C programs from planning through silicon tape-out and post-silicon validation . The role requires strong technical understanding, program ownership, execution excellence, and exceptional stakeholder-management skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, leadership, customers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end program execution for So C/ASIC and semiconductor programs through silicon tape-out and validation. Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, and Validation. Track tape-out readiness , technical dependencies, and critical program milestones. Manage external vendors, technology partners, foundries, and customers. Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and timely escalation across teams. Prepare program status updates and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders. Manage programs involving Government/PSU/strategic technology stakeholders , where applicable.

Requirements

8–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management / Engineering Program Management , preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of So C/ASIC development lifecycle and silicon tape-out . Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills. Strong planning, problem-solving, risk-management, and execution capabilities. Ability to work effectively with technical teams as well as senior business and external stakeholders.

Good to Have

Experience working on Government, PSU, Defence, Telecom, or strategic technology projects . Experience dealing with government stakeholders, structured approval processes, documentation, and compliance. Exposure to 5 G, ORAN, Wireless, Networking, or Communication So Cs . Experience working with semiconductor foundries, IP vendors, or OSATs. PMP/PGMP certification.
