Hiring: Finance Operations Customer Service Specialist | Pune

Location: Pune – Work from Office

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM | Monday–Friday

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Must-Have Skills:

Accounts Payable / Procurement / Travel & Expenses experience Finance/Procurement Helpdesk experience – Essential SAP Concur experience – Essential Contact Centre calibre voice and accent Strong English verbal and written communication Strong email writing and MIS skills Good understanding of P2 P / AP processes Customer query and complaint resolution Willingness to work from office all 5 days for the first 6 months

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration
