Key Responsibilities

Design creatives, brochures, presentations, banners, certificates, and other marketing collateral. Create engaging creatives for social media, websites, emailers, Whats App, Google Ads, Meta Ads, You Tube, and print media. Design graphics for videos, including thumbnails, title cards, and promotional assets. Ensure strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, text placement, product placement, colour balance, and brand consistency across all creatives. Conceptualize and execute creative from idea to final artwork. Create logos, illustrations, infographics, and other branding assets as required. Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print. Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, typography, and visual communication best practices. Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and web teams to deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines. Review, refine, and optimize designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Software & Skills

Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe In Design Figma Canva Pro Microsoft Power Point AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Chat GPT, Midjourney, etc.)

Preferred Skills

Strong understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy. Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment. Ability to design creatives optimized for marketing performance and user engagement. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles. Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing standards. Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific creative requirements. Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving skills.
