Backed by Tier 1 US VCs Founding team of serial entrepreneurs Global team (Singapore / India / US) What you'll do Design content visuals for study material maps, flowcharts, diagrams, illustrations, and infographics that make dense academic content graspable at a glance Use AI tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, Figma AI, etc.) as your default workflow, not a side experiment — we expect 5–10x output vs. traditional design cycles Extend visual assets into marketing and brand work: social creatives, decks, ad creatives as needed Hold visual consistency across hundreds of content pieces without quality slipping Turn rough briefs into finished work fast, with zero tolerance for sloppy details What we're looking for Academic excellence: a strong track record in your education; our content demands rigor A portfolio that shows range, speed, and taste, not just technical competence Obsessive attention to detail on maps and diagrams; a small error is a factual error Real visual judgment knowing what reads premium vs. what reads generic Fluency with AI-assisted design tools plus strong fundamentals (typography, colour, layout), so you can tell when AI output is wrong, not just when it's fast. Bonus: UPSC background (prepared for it, or designed for exam prep). You'll know when the content is wrong, not just when the design is. Compensation Compensation is linked to output, not years of experience. We benchmark on volume, quality, and turnaround.
