Delivery Drivers Wanted Delivery drivers are typically offered part-time or full-time positions. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and help maintain our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate should be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring manner. Clear and excellent communication skills through our delivery app are paramount to help us continue meeting our guests' expectations outside the restaurant. Implement best practices for safe driving when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and defending our brand at all times while addressing customer concerns as they arise during a delivery. Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and in the delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, food taste, and attentive and courteous) at all times. Meet with the supervisor on shift to receive the position and specific duties for the current shift Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other assigned duties Requirements and qualifications: Must be at least 25 years of age or older Must provide a copy of a clean driving record Must have a valid state-issued drivers license Must have a functioning smartphone with a data plan and GPS Ability to carry delivery bags (approximately 10 - 25 pounds) Must be available during the time from 7:45 am to 8:30 pm and have 8 hours of availability on Saturdays Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchise business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
