Sales Executive

Ltd. is expanding its sales team in Bengaluru, and we're looking for driven, ambitious Sales Executives who want to build a serious career in real estate. Role: Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: North Bangalore Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Business Development Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month* Plus: Performance-based incentives & bonuses What you'll do · Handle qualified leads and prospective buyers · Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences · Conduct client meetings and property/site visits · Present residential projects · Explain pricing, payment plans, and investment potential · Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline · Negotiate and work towards successful closures · Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules · Achieve monthly sales targets · Build long-term relationships with clients and referral networks What we're looking for · 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales / property consulting / business development · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Confident in conducting client meetings and site visits · Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities · Target-oriented and hungry to earn · Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market is an advantage · Comfortable using CRM, Excel/MS Office and digital sales tools · Willing to travel for site visits and work on weekends when required Why join us? · Work with a growing real estate advisory and sales organization · Exposure to diverse residential & commercial projects across Bengaluru · Performance-based incentives with strong earning potential · Work directly with experienced sales and leadership teams If you're serious about sales and want your income to grow with your performance, we want to hear from you.
