The Role:Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposalsSupporting on title and survey review as part of complex transaction processesActing on leasing matters across a variety of asset classesAssisting with real estate finance and structured investment transactionsConducting due diligence and managing key aspects of transaction executionWorking closely with senior attorneys on high-value and high-profile dealsCollaborating with colleagues across the firm’s wider platformBuilding relationships with clients including landlords, developers and investors
The Candidate:New York admitted Real Estate Attorney with 3–4 years’ experienceStrong experience in complex commercial real estate transactionsExposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing and finance mattersComfortable working across a range of asset classes and sectorsCommercially minded with strong technical abilityJ.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in New YorkExcellent communication skills xzbcwsv with the ability to build client relationshipsHighly organized with strong time-management capabilities
