Role Description The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating LOD 300 / 350 BIM models throughout all project stages, ensuring accurate representation of architectural and engineering elements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing architectural and Structure Models in Revit, integrating multidisciplinary inputs, producing detailed documentation, and supporting submittals and approvals. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain design intent, ensure quality standards, and optimize workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular interaction with the project team and timely delivery of project-related outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture with the ability to interpret and develop Architectural Drawings.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design coordination and documentation.
• Experience creating and reviewing Construction Drawings aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to prepare, organize, and track Submittals and related project documentation.
• Relevant software skills (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM tools).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Prior exposure to multidisciplinary projects and international standards is beneficial.
