Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily residential projects in the Bethlehem, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing construction firm expanding its footprint into the Pennsylvania market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction, with the ability to lead field operations, manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities:Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to established quality standards.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and trade partners throughout all phases of construction.Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively resolve delays or field-related challenges.Ensure all work complies with construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and applicable safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure work meets project requirements.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership to coordinate project execution.Manage site logistics, material deliveries, manpower, and day-to-day field operations.Maintain accurate daily reports, document jobsite progress, and communicate updates to the project team.Lead field meetings and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and trade partners.Assist with preconstruction planning, subcontractor coordination, and site mobilization.
Qualifications:Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing ground-up multifamily residential projects.Experience with apartment buildings, mid-rise residential developments, and/or townhome communities preferred.Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Proven leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, coordinate field activities, and collaborate with project stakeholders.OSHA certification and a valid driver's license preferred. xzbcwsv
