Maintains Above Ceiling Permit Program, Preconstruction Risk Assessment, hot work permits, etc.Reports To: Exec Dir/FacilitiesSupervises: None.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYRequired Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; Human Resources may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis.Preferred Education: None.Required Experience:Five (5) years of maintenance or construction management experience.Five (5) years of experience with CMS, Joint Commission, AHCA, and/or NPFA compliance.Preferred Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare facilities or construction management role.Required Certification/License/Registry: None.Preferred Certification/License/Registry: None.-Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
