<p><b>Job description</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented <b>Senior Legal &amp; Compliance Counsel</b> to act as a trusted strategic partner for a key commercial business division within a leading multinational healthcare organization.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br /></p><p><b>1. Legal Support &amp; Commercial Governance</b></p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day, practical legal advice to business leadership on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, procurement, tenders, service contracts, and healthcare provider (HCP/HCO) agreements.</li><li>Identify legal and regulatory risks in business initiatives and propose pragmatic mitigation measures.</li><li>Monitor evolving local and international regulations affecting the healthcare industry and translate them into actionable business guidance.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>2. Healthcare Compliance Frameworks</b></p><ul><li>Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the global compliance and ethics program within the division.</li><li>Review and clear high-risk business activities, including sponsorships, grants, advisory boards, medical events, and interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs).</li><li>Conduct third-party compliance due diligence and risk monitoring.</li><li>Deliver compliance communications and training programs covering anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and codes of conduct.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Profile Requirements</b></p><p><br /></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Minimum LLB degree from a recognized university.</li><li><b>Experience:</b> 5 to 10+ years of progressive in-house legal experience, with a mandatory background in the <b>pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare</b> industry.</li></ul><p><br /></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?zD2%2faTU03JFB1zL5hkkeJ5eAEQcH1Uk%2fs" width="0" height="0" />
