Data Scientist

We are looking for 2 Data Scientists to support a Hyper Personalization Transformation project with a leading Indian bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive modelling solutions Build customer segmentation and propensity models Analyse customer behaviour and transaction data to drive personalized experiences Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to develop data driven solutions Support NBO/NBA and contextual decisioning use cases where applicable At least one resource should have hands on experience developing Gen AI prototypes or applications

Must Have:

5 to 8 years of hands on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning Strong Python and SQL skills Experience in customer segmentation and predictive modelling Experience in banking, financial services, or customer analytics is preferred Gen AI prototype/application development experience for at least one candidate Exposure to NBO/NBA, propensity modelling, or contextual bandits is advantageous Immediate availability preferred. Candidates with a short notice period will also be considered Willingness to work 100% onsite in Mumbai
