Maintenance and Technical Instructor

Constellation Energy is seeking a Maintenance and Technical Instructor to develop and deliver high-quality training for maintenance and technical staff supporting energy generation and distribution assets. In this role, you will design curricula, create course materials, and lead classroom, lab, and on-the-job training focused on electrical, mechanical, and control systems used in utility operations. You will assess skill gaps, evaluate trainee performance, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. Collaborating with operations and engineering teams, you’ll update training content to reflect new technologies, procedures, and best practices.
