Are you a Senior Coffee Engineer l ooking for a new job opportunity in London ? We're working with an ambitious and fast-growing speciality coffee business looking to appoint a Senior Coffee Engineer to lead a small team of engineers and complete its service operation across London.

This role comes with a base salary of up to £50k depending on experience, 25 days holiday which increase with length of service , company van, and much more.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Coffee Engineer Lead, coach and develop a team of 2-3 Field Service Engineers.
Manage engineer schedules, service workloads and installations.
Monitor and improve SLA performance, response times and first-time fix rates.
Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex faults.
Drive equipment reliability and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with customers and manage service escalations professionally.
Oversee spare parts, inventory management and service records.
Requirements of Senior Coffee Engineer Proven experience within coffee machine engineering, field service or a similar technical environment with both bean to cup and traditional coffee machines.
Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability.
Experience managing service KPIs and operational performance.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Package & Benefits £45,000
- £50,000 basic salary (DOE).
