Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead outbound B2B sales. This role demands proactive market engagement, strong follow-ups, and relationship-based selling to drive new business opportunities across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation (Outbound Focused):<
Identify and prospect corporate clients via research, networking, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Sales Conversion & Client Onboarding:
Understand client needs, pitch tailored gifting solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals with professionalism.
- Relationship Management:
Build long-term client partnerships, ensure repeat business, and act as the primary contact during onboarding/execution.
- Internal Coordination:
Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Sales Reporting:
Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and share weekly performance updates with leadership.
