Qualifications: Current RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills BLS certification required Key Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care for critically ill neonates, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing necessary interventions Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals Provide education and emotional support to families, encouraging involvement in care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict safety and infection control protocols Respond promptly to changes in condition or emergencies, following established protocols Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional work environment This contract role offers the chance to advance your NICU nursing skills while making a difference in the lives of newborns and their families.
