What We're Looking For- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in media buying/performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Practical experience in App Arbitrage and/or Website Arbitrage
- Ability to launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, ROI , and other performance metrics
- Experience with campaign testing, audience targeting, creatives, bidding, and budget optimization
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make optimization decisions
- Ability to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROI
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google and Meta
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Test different audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize profitability
- Scale successful campaigns across App and Website Arbitrage models
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in paid advertising platforms
- Work on performance-driven digital advertising campaigns
