Full-Time Management Trainee – Industry Connect & Placement

Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Hyderabad & Chennai

Stipend: ₹25,000 per month (for 6 Months)

Expected CTC on Selection for Permanent Role: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA- Post 6 Months

Candidate Criteria

• MBA in Marketing & Sales only from a recognized institution.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong learning attitude with a willingness to continuously develop new skills.
• Agile and adaptable, with the ability to learn and respond quickly to changing requirements.
• Age: Below 25 years.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to interact confidently with employers, industry professionals and other stakeholders.
