Human Resources Manager Location: Coral Gables, FL Compensation: $90,000 Schedule: Full-Time Overview A growing international organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations across multiple business entities. This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and related renewals. Coordinate corporate insurance administration and risk management activities. Oversee payroll processing, employee records, PTO tracking, and HR data integrity. Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding programs, and workforce planning initiatives. Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations. Maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and organizational documentation. Administer performance management, compensation reviews, and succession planning efforts. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Analyze workforce metrics and provide reporting to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR management experience. Experience supporting executive leadership and business operations. Strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll, and employment law. Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or entities. HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
