Assistant Manager - Business Consulting (Transformation Consulting)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Business Consulting team, focused on Transformation. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in driving improvement initiatives, with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Total Quality Management (TQM). Candidate should have worked on Steel, Power, and manufacturing industry clients.

Experience Required: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support transformation consulting projects end-to-end.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement opportunities for clients.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve process quality.
• Deliver client trainings on problem‑solving tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Develop training materials across CI, Lean, TPM, and related topics.
• Implement TQM practices to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Deploy TPM pillars (AM, FI, PM, QM) to achieve zero breakdown objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive change and meet project goals.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to client stakeholders.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable.
