Head of Product (SaaS)

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Product to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product portfolio. This leadership role shall be responsible for driving product strategy, user experience, market fit, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and experienced in managing high-performing product teams in fast-paced SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead multi-product strategy and roadmap.
• Build and manage a team of PMs, UX designers, and analysts.
• Align product strategy with business and technical stakeholders.
• Drive metrics-based product performance and adoption.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in SaaS product managerial roles
• Proven success in building B2B SaaS products
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience with healthtech, RCM, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
