Hiring | Team Lead (AD/Director level) – Premium Residential Real Estate | Leading IPC in India
Location: Delhi NCR
Designation
We’re looking for a high-performing residential real estate professional with strong HNI relationships, market knowledge, and a proven track record of business generation.
What you’ll drive:
- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients
- Drive premium residential sales & leasing
- Source mandates and lead high-value transactions
- Build and leverage developer & channel partner networks
- Guide and enable teams to drive pipeline, conversions & revenue
- Drive business development and market expansion
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless execution
- Represent the organization in key client and industry interactions
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years in premium residential real estate / luxury sales / advisory
- Strong HNI/UHNI client network
- Proven revenue and closure track record
- Strong developer/channel partner relationships
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring & stakeholder management
- High ownership, commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills
