Product Designer

<p><b>About the Role </b> </p><p>We're looking for a Product Designer who enjoys solving complex product problems through simple, intuitive experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, takes ownership beyond design execution, and consistently delivers high-quality work. </p><p>More than anything, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic—someone dependable, self-driven, and motivated to build for the long term. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>What You'll Do </b> </p><ul><li>Own end-to-end product design from discovery to polished UI. </li><li>Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to solve user problems. </li><li>Design intuitive workflows for complex B2B SaaS products. </li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and scalable design systems. </li><li>Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. </li><li>Champion usability, consistency, and product quality across the platform. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What We're Looking For </b> </p><ul><li>3–5 years of product design experience building digital products. </li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished UI execution. </li><li>Experience designing complex SaaS, fintech, enterprise, or workflow products. </li><li>High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. </li><li>Ability to balance speed with attention to detail. </li><li>Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment. </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. </li> </ul><p><b>We're looking for someone who: </b> </p><ul><li>Has exceptional ownership and accountability. </li><li>Is consistent, dependable, and follows through. </li><li>Doesn't lose motivation after joining and enjoys building over the long term. </li><li>Take initiative instead of waiting for direction. </li><li>Cares deeply about product quality and user experience. </li><li>Is excited by ambiguity and solving hard problems. </li> </ul><p><b>Nice to Have </b> </p><ul><li>Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products. </li><li>Exposure to fintech, lending, or enterprise SaaS. </li><li>Basic understanding of front-end implementation and design systems. </li> </ul><p><b>This is for you - </b>If you're someone who values craftsmanship, ownership, and building products that customers love and you're looking to grow with a high-performing startup. </p><p><br /></p>
