Sales Engineer

Company: Air Flow Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mumbai Region (Field-based) Openings: 3 Positions Role Overview We are hiring three driven Sales Engineers to expand our HVAC market share in Mumbai. You will act as the technical link between our clients and manufacturing unit, promoting high-performance air distribution and ventilation systems . Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Pitch products to HVAC contractors, consultants, and builders across Mumbai. Technical Presentations: Demonstrate axial fans, jet fans, dampers, and air distribution systems. Bidding & Estimates: Review project specifications, prepare cost sheets, and answer RFQs. Account Management: Maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business. Market Growth: Spot new commercial and industrial project opportunities in the MMR region. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in HVAC, MEP, or ventilation technical sales. Location: Based in Mumbai with strong local market network and daily field travel. Core Skills: Excellent communication, persistent follow-up , negotiation, and problem-solving.
