This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Jaipur. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing online and technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will represent the brand while maintaining professional communication, supporting customers throughout their shopping experience, and offering proactive solutions to enhance their engagement with Coitonic.

• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Online Support and providing Technical Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or related field
