Turtle Creek Management and Jackson’s Realty & Builders seek an experienced Field Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects in Indianapolis and surrounding Indiana communities. Candidate must guide field operations on single- and two-story assisted living, memory care, and healthcare facilities.

You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery while maintaining owner relationships and project documentation.
