An experienced recruitment resourcer is sought by a well-regarded temp and perm consultancy in Castleford. This is a part-time role, four days per week, with a basic salary up to £28,000 plus commission for the four days. It is a key, autonomous position within the team, covering the full resourcing process from taking vacancies through to sourcing, screening and client liaison. It will suit someone with solid recruitment experience who wants a long-term career move with a business but who doesn't want to do sales.

The role •Taking vacancies from existing clients and fact-finding to ensure all requirements are met. •Advertising roles and updating social media. •Sourcing, screening and selecting suitable applicants for positions across the region, giving the best candidate experience possible. •Speaking to existing clients to support their recruitment needs. •Acting as a point of reference and support for job seekers. •CV writing and recruitment administration. •Liaising with clients, attending their premises and providing solutions to any queries.
