To support the implementation and maintenance of Epic and other clinical applications, the full-time remote Epic Certified EHR Analyst will be responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, testing, and debugging software configurations while collaborating with clinical users and leadership. Key responsibilities Plans and drives software configuration activities, ensuring adherence to standards for design and deployment Investigates and resolves application-related issues, maintaining support processes and performance monitoring Provides guidance on test planning and execution, adapting testing methods and tools to enhance application performance Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5-10 years of relevant experience Epic Professional Billing certification required within 6 months of hire Experience with application management software and tools Ability to work independently with minimal direction
