We're hiring a Growth Marketing Lead / Manager to drive outreach and patient growth across our offices.
What you'll do- Build relationships with referring physicians and community partners- Plan and host events- Run digital marketing, social media and online listings- Track results and report on growth
What you bring- 3+ years of marketing experience, including outreach- Familiar and comfortable with AI tools in your work- Strong organization and follow-through- Confident, professional communication
Pay and benefits- $95,000 - $150,000 per year, plus a performance xzbcwsv bonus- Medical insurance, 401(k), paid time off and holidays- Full-time, traveling among our New Jersey offices- Title and level based on experience
