Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The role involves taking

ownership of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue from “Garden at Home” business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day to day activities of the sales team

- Schedule, coordinate and do site visits to prospective client

- Coordinate with design team to prepare client briefs

-Prepare and share quotations/proposals

- Engage with clients, address queries, and close sales

Requirements:

- Strong communication & negotiation skills

- ⁠Ability to lead teams

- Self-motivated with a passion for sales

- 3-4 years prior experience in sales/BD preferred (gardening/landscaping industry is a plus)

- Passion for Conscious Living & Sustainability
