AR Collections Specialist (US Client, Night Shift)

InnoSolve Business Solutions runs finance and back-office teams for US companies from our Lahore office, on US hours.

About the role

We support a US engineering and risk consulting firm whose customers are large energy, petrochemical and industrial companies. Their AR team handles about 500 open invoices, and we're adding a third collector who can own accounts end to end and may lead a small team later.

What you'll do

• Own an aging portfolio: track every invoice by bucket and follow up on overdue items by email and phone with US customers.
• Manage customer billing portals: upload invoices and service sheets in SAP Ariba, GEP SMART, Coupa, Payee Central, SABIC, Legal Tracker and similar, and fix rejections.
• Support AR billing: understand milestone and time-and-materials (variable cost) billing, and send invoice copies from the ERP or by email when customers ask.
• Resolve disputes: when a customer short-pays or holds an invoice (PO/WO mismatch, missing waiver, progress report, final drawing approval or blanket agreement), find out what's true with the project manager, then either get the right document to the customer or ask accounting for a credit memo.
• Work with the billing team and project managers, and keep notes and status clean so anyone can see where each invoice stands.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in AR collections or credit control, including phone calls.
• US customers strongly preferred; UAE/GCC, multinational or BPO experience also counts.
• Hands-on with at least one customer portal (Ariba, Coupa, GEP, etc.).
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable on the phone with US finance teams.
• Critical thinker and solution oriented: works out why a customer isn't paying and fixes it.
• Engineering, construction, energy or project-based billing is a plus. Interest in leading a team is a plus.

Schedule and pay

• Full-time, on-site in Lahore, US Central hours (6 pm to 3 am PKT).
• Competitive salary + performance bonus.
