Role Overview

We are looking for a Statutory Audit Executive to join our Finance and Compliance team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of statutory audit procedures, accounting principles, and compliance requirements, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

The role will provide hands-on exposure to audit assignments, client coordination, financial review, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of statutory and assurance NBFC audits.
• Perform vouching, verification, reconciliation, and analytical review .
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Review financial records and identify discrepancies or control weaknesses.
• Assist in preparation of audit reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for audit-related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, IND AS, Companies Act , RBI Compliances and other regulatory requirements.
• Support audit documentation and timely completion of client deliverables.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and quality throughout audit assignments.

Requirements

• 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, or Assurance.
• Strong understanding of audit procedures and accounting principles .
• Knowledge of Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and IND AS .
• NBFC audit experience will be preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally .
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within deadlines.
• B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
