Will work 1 on 1 with users across the group to assess their manual processes and how to automate their needs through AI.Must have hands on prompt engineering/GenAI experience. Must be able to give examples of AI prompt engineering and coaching.
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant to accelerate the practical use of Generative AI tools across the business. This role will partner directly with business users through 1:1, hands-on desk-time to identify high-value use cases, educate teams on AI capabilities, demonstrate measurable productivity gains, and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a blend of business acumen and technical aptitude. While this is not a software development position, the successful candidate must be comfortable understanding technology concepts, translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, and guiding users on effective prompt engineering and AI best practices.
This position will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and emerging AI technologies, helping users realize measurable value from tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Desktop, internally developed AI solutions, and future AI capabilities.
What you will do:AI Training & EnablementConduct one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions with business usersDemonstrate practical business use cases for Generative AI toolsProvide hands-on guidance for various tools including (but not limited to): Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Desktop, internal AI platforms and assistants, and emerging AI productivity toolsDevelop role-based AI training materials and learning paths
Business Process DiscoveryMeet directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and productivity bottlenecksIdentify opportunities where AI can reduce effort, improve quality, or accelerate outcomesTranslate business needs into actionable AI use casesAfter working across multiple users and functions, identify repeatable needs that may justify the use of agentic AI, then partner with IT to evaluate, prioritize, and formalize potential AI agent opportunities for broader business use.
Value Measurement & ROI AnalysisEstablish baseline metrics for targeted business processesQuantify time savings and efficiency gains associated with the adoption of AITrack and report hours saved, productivity improvements, user adoption metrics and business impact
Prompt Library & Knowledge ManagementDesign and maintain a centralized prompt library accessible to business usersCreate reusable prompts for common business scenariosDevelop standards for prompt structure and quality
Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong working relationships across business and technology teamsServe as a trusted advisor for AI adoption initiativesGather feedback and continuously improve enablement materialsFacilitate workshops, office hours, and AI adoption sessions
What you will bring:Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholdersCritical requirement: must be a hands-on Generative xzbcwsv AI practitioner who actively uses GenAI tools to solve real business problems, create practical prompts, and coach users through live examples.Ability to learn and demonstrate new AI technologies quicklyStrong analytical skills with the ability to quantify value and ROIComfortable discussing technology concepts with both technical and non-technical audiencesHigh confidence and experience with prompt engineering concepts and best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, training, digital transformation, or a related fieldExperience evaluating business processes and identifying efficiency opportunitiesDemonstrated success delivering training, workshops, or user enablement programs
