Security Supervisor - Full Time Primary Location: Arkansas City, KS Wage: $22.00/HR The Security Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. • Supervise and support security officers on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with client and company policies.
• Conduct patrols and monitor security operations.
• Prepare reports and document incidents accurately.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues professionally.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and

use appropriate escalation. * All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Driver Certification.
• Previous supervision experience is required.
• Security experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills needed.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Must be dependable.
