Below are the roles and responsibilities:

Job Location- Gurgaon

Designation- Accounts Intern

The Accounts Intern will assist the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice processing, data entry, record maintenance, reconciliations, and basic GST/TDS-related work. The role will also involve supporting financial documentation and coordinating with internal teams and vendors as required.

Key Responsibilities

● Good knowledge of day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.

● Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

● Support invoice processing, data entry, and maintenance of accounting records.

● Assist in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

● Support the team with GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance activities.

● Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining proper documentation.

● Work on MS Excel and accounting so ware such as Tally/ERP.

● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related requirements.

● Ensure accuracy and mely comple on of assigned accounting tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

● Pursuing or recently completed a B.Com, BBA, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

● Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.

● Familiarity with MS Excel and accoun ng so ware such as Tally/ERP is preferred.

● Good numerical, analy cal, and communication skills
