What We're Looking For:

• Prospect strategically into mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers, influencers, and potential champions
• Use LinkedIn to research accounts, identify prospects, and create targeted outreach
• Understand how to map and multi-thread accounts by engaging multiple stakeholders
• Build personalized, multi-channel outreach using calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Understand how to balance personalization with prospecting volume
• Build and manage effective cadences and sequences for larger, more complex accounts
• Confidently cold call and communicate with Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives on account strategy and qualified opportunities
• Maintain clean, accurate records within CRM systems
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline from targeted accounts
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly performance goals

Requirements

• Based in Pakistan
• Must work US Hours (7pm-4am PKT)
• Fluent English communicator (written and spoken)
• Minimum 4 years B2B SaaS, technical sales, or outbound prospecting experience
• Previous experience prospecting into mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
• Strong understanding of the enterprise outbound sales process
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting
• Experience with account research, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threading
• Comfortable cold calling senior-level decision-makers
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms
