Motive is seeking a Save Specialist (CSA) to help customers maximize value and navigate renewal decisions. You will build trusted relationships, understand changes in the customer’s business, and guide them toward the best path, including renewals, right-sizing, or cancellations when Motive isn’t the right fit.

You will engage across inbound and proactive channels, uncover customer goals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and clear next steps.
