We design, develop, manufacture, and deliver indigenous defence systems for the Indian Armed Forces and global customers.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale defence programs involving cross-functional engineering teams, manufacturing, OEM partners, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic defence projects from contract award to customer acceptance and final handover. Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Coordinate Engineering, R& D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Business Development, and external partners to ensure successful programme execution. Translate customer requirements, RFPs, GSQRs, ATPs, and contractual commitments into executable project plans. Drive system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), customer demonstrations, field trials, commissioning, and acceptance activities. Monitor project schedule, budget, scope, risks, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project reviews and provide clear status updates to senior leadership and customers. Manage technology partners, subcontractors, and OEMs to ensure timely delivery and contractual compliance. Establish project governance, reporting dashboards, and best practices aligned with PMO standards.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience managing complex engineering, defence, aerospace, or high-technology projects. Proven experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders and external partners. Strong understanding of: Systems Engineering Requirements Management System Integration Verification & Validation (V& V) Configuration Management Knowledge of Defence procurement processes, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP), contractual milestones, and customer acceptance. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and field trial locations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Defence Simulation & Training Systems. Exposure to Counter-Drone Systems, Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar/RF Systems, Autonomous Systems, Naval Platforms, or Unmanned Technologies.
