Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Eastman Kodak is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to support its wide-roll film manufacturing operations onsite in Rochester, New York. In this role, you will help the division meet health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements while supporting the production of the world's highest-quality light-sensitive coated products. The position involves working closely with management, operations, engineering, and maintenance staff to identify and control hazards, manage waste and comply with air permit conditions associated with Kodak's unique coating equipment and highly engineered processes used to prepare and manufacture chemical materials. This position will report to the Rochester Operations HSE Manager and will be required to be on-site daily in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee health and safety programs including process safety management, respiratory protection, hearing conservation, personal protective equipment, hazard communication, laser safety, ionizing radiation, Control of Hazardous Energy (LO/TO), electrical safety, machine/web conveyance safeguarding, fall protection, confined space, able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms. • Excellent computer skills including advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables
