Role Overview:

Dynamic Assistant General Managers (Sales) to drive regional growth. The role demands strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue expansion across healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients (architects, contractors, developers, corporates).
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Client Engagement: Conduct consultations, site visits, and presentations to showcase solutions.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned territory.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage sales executives to maximize performance.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 10–14 years in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, construction products, or allied industries.
• Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship management.
• Network: Established connects with architects, contractors, and developers in the region.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zone.

Location Specifics:

• West Zone AGM – Sales: Pune/Mumbai (covering Maharashtra & Western India).
• Hyderabad AGM – Sales: Telangana (covering Hyderabad & surrounding regions).
