About the Role
We are seeking a Windows Technical Support Analyst with experience in license server administration, infrastructure monitoring, and technical troubleshooting to support critical enterprise license hosting environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Windows-based license servers. Troubleshoot license hosting and application issues. Support incident, problem, and change management processes. Execute Power Shell-based automation and monitoring activities. Monitor uptime, performance, and service availability. Maintain technical documentation and operational reports.Required Skills
Windows Server Administration. Power Shell Scripting. Service Now ITSM. Technical Troubleshooting and Incident Management. Flex Net/Flex LM/RLM License Server Administration. Monitoring and Support Operations.Preferred Skills
