1st shift: M-F 6AM-2:30PM 2nd shift: M-F 2:30pm - 11:00PM 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday schedule from 11pm - 6am
Will complete and on site solder assessmentPay 19-22/hr
The OpportunityReporting to the Production Manager, The Solder Technician's role is to install manual parts on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) to transform the assembly to a completed state. The Solder Technician performs soldering, manual and machine inspection, and testing to ensure reliability of customer products.

ResponsibilitiesConnect through hole, wires, cables and other components using Class 3 soldering and other bonding techniques and equipmentComplete visual in-process and final inspection on all products to ensure customer specifications are being metMaintain a clean and organized workstationParticipate in IPC training and become certified as a SpecialistOperate X-ray, Automated Optimal Inspection (AOI) and other assessment equipmentOperate Depanelizers xzbcwsv and Press-fit equipment according to operating standardsTest finished PCBs using customer specific equipmentFollow customer packing requirements and processes for shippingParticipate in and adhere to company's safety procedures and practicesPerform work meeting ESD and quality standards
Requirements3 plus years soldering experience - proficient working on and inspecting Class 3 productsIPC-A-610 certified and strong working knowledge of ESD preferred
