Role Description The Senior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for apparel collections. This role involves researching global trends, developing concepts and mood boards, creating detailed sketches and technical packs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including merchandising, production, and sourcing. The Senior Designer will guide junior designers, ensure brand alignment across collections, and work closely with buyers and external partners to refine designs based on feedback and market requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing samples, ensuring quality and fit, managing timelines for design deliverables, and contributing to sustainability-focused design decisions. The role requires a balance of creative vision, commercial understanding, and hands-on execution to deliver collections that meet design, quality, and cost goals.

Qualifications
- Strong fashion and apparel design expertise, including concept development, sketching, and creating detailed technical design documents.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar), with the ability to create clear digital design assets.
- Experience in trend research and market analysis, translating global fashion insights into commercially viable collections.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior designers, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes, including fit, grading, and quality standards.
- Exposure to sustainable and ethical design practices, such as eco-friendly materials, responsible sourcing, and waste-conscious design approaches.
- Relevant academic background in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field; prior experience in a similar senior design role within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
