Required Experience & Skills

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud reports using BI Publisher for Procurement and Enterprise Contracts modules, including Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Contract Management.

• Create and customize OTBI analyses, dashboards, and KPI reports to provide insights into procurement operations, supplier performance, contract compliance, spend analysis, requisition lifecycle, and purchase order status.

• Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirements across Oracle Cloud Procurement and Enterprise Contracts.

• Build and maintain BI Publisher Data Models, RTF Templates, Bursting, Scheduling, and Report Delivery solutions.

• Develop custom reports related to:

o Requisitions and Purchase Orders

o Contract Authoring and Contract Approvals

o Contract Deliverables, Renewals, and Expirations

o Procurement Compliance and Audit Reporting

• Collaborate with Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, Contracts, and Business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

• Support SIT, UAT, Production Deployment, and Hypercare activities for reporting solutions.

• Analyze and troubleshoot report performance issues, data discrepancies, and subject-area limitations.

• Ensure reporting solutions adhere to Oracle Cloud security, role-based access controls (RBAC), and data governance standards.

• Provide production support and enhancements for existing reporting and analytics solutions.
