Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruiting strategies.
• Assist in promoting company culture and values through recruitment campaigns and social media outreach.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or software industry.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding talent.
