Employment Information The position is with Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited, a subsidiary of Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited. While Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited.

We are seeking an experienced Process professional to lead process optimization and technology initiatives for our Pellet Plant. The role will focus on improving pellet quality, enhancing plant productivity, optimizing raw material utilization, reducing energy consumption, and driving process innovation through plant trials and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization to improve pellet quality, productivity, and plant efficiency.
• Optimize pelletization parameters including green pellet formation, induration, kiln, and travelling grate operations.
• Evaluate iron ore fines, binders, additives, and develop new pellet grades.
• Plan and execute laboratory and plant-scale process trials and implement technology improvements.
• Identify opportunities for energy conservation, cost reduction, and process stability.
• Analyze process data, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Beneficiation, Maintenance, Quality, Procurement, and other functions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, ISO, TPM, and environmental standards.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• 12-15 years of relevant experience in Pellet Plant Process.
