This 13-week assignment is perfect for CVOR RNs seeking dynamic professional development. You will have support to enhance your skills across cardiac, vascular, and innovative surgical procedures, while collaborating with various surgical teams. The assignment's multi-facility nature exposes you to diverse leadership styles and workplace practices, greatly enriching your resume and professional journey.
