Position Overview

: We are looking for a Junior PMO Resource (Data & Metrics) to support our K-12 accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely in managing and analyzing project data, tracking performance metrics, and producing analytical reports to ensure the successful delivery of projects and enhance learning programs that meet their unique needs. Your expertise will provide insights, monitor project health, and support data-driven decision-making across the K12 vertical

Key Responsibilitie s: Collect and consolidate data from multiple project teams and systems to ensure accurate tracking of project performance and heal th Maintain and update project data repositories, ensuring data integrity and consistency across project s. Assist in the creation and management of PMO databases for project tracki ng Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and best practices in design, ensuring alignment with accreditation standar ds Support the development, maintenance, and automation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metri cs Generate regular reports on project performance, including status updates, risk/issue tracking, and other relevant project health metri cs Prepare dashboards and visualizations to present data insights in an easy-to-understand format for senior management and stakeholde rs Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of conce rn Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support project decision-making and continuous improveme

Qualificatio ns:4-5 years of experience in a project management office, or data analysis role, preferably within the K12 sec tor Bachelor’s degree in Engineer ing Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) is a p lus Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accur acy Strong written and verbal communication ski lls Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data in an efficient man ner Google Sheets and Python programming certification requi
